Chuck E.Cheese 11/19 2pm

We're booked for our party at Chuck E. Cheese in Arlington on Saturday
11/19 at 2pm. The address is 2216 S. Fielder Rd. Arl TX 76013. The cost will be $9.99 + tax per child ($10.79). The cost includes 20 tokens, drinks, 2 slices of pizza, and a piece of cake per child. You can pay that day through the server but it might be easier to give me your cash when you arrive ($11 to keep it simple) and I'll pay her all at once. Thanks for all the input and thanks Sandy for offering to bring a soccer cake to ensure there is plenty of cake to go around.

  • I think it is fine to have siblings at the party- but you may want to decide if you need to pay extra. Once we firm up the details I’ll know more but right now it looks like it will cost about $9.99 a child. That amount covers 2 pieces of pizza (I believe) and cake. Because our kiddos are only 3 years old, I’m sure there will be plenty of pizza and cake leftover for siblings. As far as tokens go, your kids could probably share them.

So my answer would be yes, siblings are welcome. It shouldn’t be a problem having them blend in with the 9 team members but you may want to bring a lil’ extra $$$ incase there isn’t enough pizza/tokens. My older son will be attending and that is my plan.

  • There is at least one child playing Basketball AND besides that, the afternoon times were taken when I checked last. When I put the deposit down tomorrow- I will verify the time and if an afternoon slot becomes available- I'll book it. But right now it looks like 6pm is our best bet.

This day (Saturday 11/19) ensures that EVERYONE could make it and this works out for all involved based on the input I received. I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to make this event possible for everyone to enjoy and I hope you understand that I did my best to meet the needs of the group as a whole (all things considered).

If anyone has any ideas about how we can make it even more special- I'm open for suggestions. We'll be handing out trophies and I'll have a nice thing to say about each kiddo but beyond that I'm not sure. If your interested in adding to the event in anyway, please feel free.

  • Love all the feedback but for the sake of easily accessing the pertinent info- I deleted the ones relating to the decision making stuff now that we've decided on the details.

I'm not going to ask for any $$$ till closer too- I think everyone has been spending plenty on t-shirts and pictures. I'll see if you can pay Chuck E. Cheese directly the day of or if it makes sense to pay me the week before.

Today I'm paying the deposit to "set" the time. If an afternoon slot became available- I'll book that. If not we'll stick to the 11/19 6pm slot. I'll see about getting a soccer cake versus a Bday cake and if they don't have it- I'll just get some soccer decorations to add to it when we get there.

  • Sandy that is very nice of you. You're right, the cake only feeds about 12 people.

We'll use the cake they have has the backup one for the adults and enjoy the cake you're bringing to the kids.

  • What a day- the party was great. All the kids seemed to really enjoy it and I LOVE my blanket from the team. It is so soft and plenty big- I slept with it all weekend. Every time I see it, it reminds me of how blessed I was for the opportunity.

    Thanks EVERYONE!
